Architectural Art versus Real Estate value

How many times did we hear that  Architectural Art does contribute to Real Estate value.

In most cases - indirectly.

But, sometimes very much DIRECTLY!!!!

This is just one example: Art Space NYC has completed extensive Decorative Art installation at the Main Lobby of Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York: Art on glass, Bass Reliefs, Moroccan Plaster, Venetian Plaster, Leafing, Glazing and etc.

All kind of plaster materials by Fresco has been use there (supplied by Marmorino Depot).

What happened soon after that?

Waldorf  Astoria has been sold to Chinese Insurance Firm for almost 2 (two) Billions Dollars!  Check this article below.

MARMORINO DEPOT FUNDAMENTAL ACHIEVEMENT IN DEVELOPING  ADVANCED ARTISAN PLASTER FINISHES HAS BEEN RECOGNIZED AT THE INTERNATIONAL CONTEMPORARY FURNITURE FAIR IN JAVITS CONVENTIONAL CENTER, NYC.

WE HAVE RECEIVED "BEST MATERIAL AWARD"

Each year, the ICFF convenes the industry’s top editors and invites them to scout the floor of the Javits Center, who then choose the best of the best of the year's design crop. And each year, they do, combing the aisles with their highly trained eyes. Once they’re finished, they put their inestimable seal of approval on the year’s finest designs in 16 categories, including body of work, new designer, craftsmanship, furniture, seating, carpet and flooring, lighting, outdoor furniture, materials, wall coverings, accessories, textiles, kitchen and bath, multiple production, school, and booth.

 We will work on all aspects of design and production of the  following special finishes back painted on glass:
